VENTILATION
Fresh air is the basic requirement for a healthy and productive workplace. That means it is also the basic requirement for comfortable staff. In any workplace, industrial or commercial, factory or office they all need to have constantly circulated fresh airstream to replace and ventilate stale air.
Not only is ventilation with air filtration and purification a fundamental to a healthy work environment, it also ensures that machinery is not damaged or components and products spoiled by fumes or condensation. Ventilation can come in various forms and can include for simple input and extract fans, spot extraction, and heat recovery ventilation such as a Mitsubishi Lossnay system which not only ventilated but reduces energy bills by extracting stale air and recovering the heat or cold, this is then used to either warm or cool the incoming fresh air.
Used indoor air is removed and replaced with new and fresh air. A mechanical ventilation system is usually designed and implemented when the house is built or in connection to renovations. Ventilation pipes are installed in the structures and the ventilation unit in a technical space, bathroom, or some other suitable location.
Ventilation removes impurities from the indoor air that are caused by everyday living, such as cooking smells and moisture caused by bathing and the washing of clothes. Emissions caused by building and interior decoration materials are removed at the same time. In addition to being necessary for the wellbeing of the residents and for preserving the structures of the building, ventilation adds to the comfort of living.
